The Ondina Group brings expertise in health care, management, quality and performance improvement methodologies, and patient safety. Bonnie possesses clinical experience in both acute and long-term care settings, including the areas of maternal-child health, chronic care of the geriatric patient, and end-of-life hospice care.

Designing and implementing enterprise-wide infrastructure and performance measurement systems is a particular strength, honed while serving in executive leadership positions with several organizations.

Bonnie has provided performance improvement consulting services to the health care industry throughout the state of California and nationally. These services include IT implementation, workflow process assessment and redesign, culture change, marketing and communications, and scientifically valid and reliable data analysis and reporting.

Providing nonprofit organizations support and guidance with consultative services is a particular passion of Bonnie’s.
